Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery time will vary based on your location. Most packages get delivered within 10-15 days.
Cancellation / Return
You may cancel your order before your product has shipped. If the cancellation is made after your product has shipped/ delivered, it will be cancelled by initiating a refund. You may call our customer care department to initiate a refund.
Tracking your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail informing you of the courier company bringing your package and the AWB no. / Docket no. The package can be tracked on the courier company's web site.
Money Back Guarantee
You can return any product bought from Satya Neer, before the product is installed at your place. This should be done within 15 days from date of invoicing.
